I saw the hit live and loved how the announcers didn't think much of the hit. Ironic since they called Kennedy's hit the other night "dirty" at least three different times.

Savard should have kept his head up and this wouldnt have happened. there should be no suspension... yes this was an unfortunate outcome from a hit that at full speed looks like a malicious headhunting, but it wasnt

Yeah, he purposefully hits him in the chin with his shoulder, just like he did to Anisimov on the Rangers. There should definitely be a suspension to get this **** out of the game. If that means guys like him and Kaleta and Neil and players like them out of the game, so be it.

The reason... this is the same exact type of play where Mike Richards killed David Booth on, Richards got zero games, and thus, Cooke will get zero too. NHL talks the talk, but they can't walk the walk..... if they suspend Cooke, Richards should go too. Kaleta does it, he's toast for 10-15.
