Due to the no cap year, meaning more RFA's and UFA's having to wait 6 years instead of 4, this is the worst UFA class ever.. by 10 miles.

Starting working on trades for players that were tendered. LT Gaithers of the Ravens was tendered a 1st rounder but could be had for a 2nd in a trade. Raiders ILB Kirk Morrison was only tenedered a 3rd. Many other examples.

There are still plenty of ways to help the roster, prior to the draft.

So if we sign one more guy, we'd be considered "aggressive" this year. Kind of puts it perspective doesn't it...

I'm actually glad to have seen this list. It does add a little perspective. Still frustrating when we have obvious holes to fill, but pretty clear that Buffalo's inactivity is more the rule than the exception in the NFL this year.

Why eliminate the re-signings?

Seems to me those are a big part of FA.

They are, but most fans judge free agency by the new bodies that are brought in, not the current players that are kept.

You are no doubt happy the Pats resigned Wilfork & I don't blame you.

In my opinion, the Bears & Lions had the best signings.

i like what Cleveland did. they bring in a few veterans who are relatively cheap and improve their team. that's what i was hoping the Bills would do.

Ummm....Bump the Bills into the '3 or more' category.
