    NYT: State of the Bills

I thought twice about posting this article, because it is kind of negative and people might think I'm trolling. However, it also hard to argue with:

I don't usually put too much stock into age, but the kid who wrote this is 23 and lives in idaho. He doesn't have access to coaches film, so why are we supposed to believe he isn't just regurgitating the same old 'national' talking points?

this team's roster if half full of players that don't have any business being on an nfl roster. ufl roster? yes. nfl roster? no

edit: i just read the article. i don't care how old the writer is. the article is correct in every aspect. i have a sick feeling in my stomach that the bills are going to be one of the worst teams in the league this year.

Re: NYT: State of the Bills

That article doesn't bother me....These are all the same issues we all recognized thru out last season. Last year was one we'd all like to forget . The past is just that that past. It's the future that has be concerned.
I'm going to take a wait and see attitude at this point.
We still have the draft coming up , training camp and preseason. When I get a few more relevant facts , I'll start preparing myself for doom and gloom. ( progress)
Last year was the bottom. Let's wait a few more weeks to see if OBD stops digging the hole deeper and puts down the shovel. If they do......that's a positive in my eyes.

" I'd try to see things from your point of view but..........there's only room up your a** for one head ! "

Spot on? So this guy talked to Stroud and he admitted he wasn't inspired? Just more regurgitated garbage, kicking the dead horse. I'll wait tll after the draft to see what the roster looks like, I'll wait till they play to see if they are "inspired." No more golf clapping coaches should help.

"Marcus Stroud won’t be inspired to fight in the trenches, so the hope is he can become a Richard Seymour-like DE."

It's not groundbreaking. But it's an accurate summary. Hence spot on.

I think they should write more about the team moving, that is the state of the Bills.

As bad as the Bills may be, I take joy in knowing the Pats will be fighting with them to stay out of the AFC East cellar.

He had me up until the POS comment...I didn't realize mis-reading plays leading to being out of position qualified as "textbook fundamentals".

I think you meant to say what they WERE.

I think the bills will only win 2 games this season.
