For Peyton Hillis and two conditional draft picks.

Browns just traded Kamerion Wimbley as well. To the Raiders.

Wimbley is a little bit of a shock to be moved, he was actually a decent player on the defense.

Brady Quinn, on the other hand, good riddance.

I wouldn't have minded Wimbley in Buffalo at all.

Would have been a good fit in the role of blitzing OLB...

He's had some success at it in his career, nothing great, but plenty better than what's here at the spot.

Plus, he has experience.

Maybe Maybin will develop into the role.

That didn't take long.

What do you think of Delhomme?

They can have Quinn at that price.

If he can curb his interception habits down, he's a good veteran presence.

He certainly isn't the QB he was a few years ago but he's better than what was there previously.

It's an upgrade, but how much can be an extreme range from minimal to a lot.

If it's only minimal they're a 4-5 win team again...if he can approach his 2006 form, they could be a 7-8 win team.

You have a lot of faith in Harrison and Massaquoi?

Harrison played well when he was finally allowed to showcase his talents...much like Fred Jackson here. No, I'm not trying to say to the same extent but Harrison was clearly better than Jamal last year and showed that he deserved to be the number 1 back. Whether or not he can hold up for an entire season is what remains to be seen.

MoMass put up decent numbers for a. being a rookie and b. having absolutely atrocious QB play. 34 catches 623 yards 3 TDs. With better QB play he should easily improve on those numbers.

I'm just glad Quinn has gone anywhere else tbh.

wow a 6th round pick for him? thats a steal for the broncos...he could be realllllly good in that offense with mcdaniels. its the same one he ran in college so succesfully.

great move for the broncos

its cool though I mean we have fitzpatrick, brohm, and edwards...so obviously were all set with that three-headed monster

If you don't like any of those three, odds are you wouldn't have liked Quinn, either. Quinn is nothing but a big name living off his college accomplishments. He's never done anything in the NFL. Browns fans seem thrilled to be rid of him.

It's a good fit for Quinn. I think he'll do well in McDaniels' system.

How do any of us know he wouldn't have done well with us? Just a thought. I really can't believe that a QB who seems to be level headed and did so well in a pro style offense in college could be such a flop in the NFL. Sometimes I wonder if it's the coaches around a young talent like that or the offense they are asked to run?

Anyway, it's not a worry to us...

I wish we traded for Wimbley, proven LOLB for a 3rd round pick? I would have sent our 3rd + both 7ths.

Are the Browns seriously considering Jimmy Clausen at 5? That's what I get from this, I'm absolutely shocked.

I cannot believe the Bills couldn't trade CB Youboty and picks in both 2011 & 2012 for Quinn. Unless, of course, Holmgren REALLY wanted Peyton Hills
