I think he's overrated as a stud LB. But at the same time he def. is better than every LB on the roster besides Poz. I don't consider Poz a stud either. So in terms of value, he adds to this team based on who we have right now and what isn't out on market.

No, hes not a star. But hes an instant upgrade to Ellison. If he loses his starting job to someone, hes still a valuable backup... I got sick of the UDFA backup's over the past few years.

I have no problem with them signing players like they have...filling holes with capable bodies is better then the junk we've seen in the past few years. The draft seems like it will play a huge role in how this organization builds itself and I'm OK with that.

Nice, solid, and needed move. Every team needs guys like this, no team is chock full of 'stars'. Gas the same sort of 'feel' to the Green signing. Getting a guyu to do a job for you, until such time as you can get better through the draft.
Both signings were needful, and also start to give us some additional flexibility in the draft, at least after the 1st round, where I hope we get our LT.

People ripped on me when I dissed the Fowler, Holcomb and other Davis signing as well.

This isn't shocking.

Flat out, it's not a good signing, it's another lateral move this franchise has become so good at.
