I still see a Maybin/Poz/Mitchell or Davis/Schobel or Kelsay LB corp, except instead of Buggs it's Davis now.

RILB - Poz

LILB - Davis

LOLB - ????

We have a massive hole at LOLB. We need a freak like Brandon Graham or Jerry Hughes to play that spot.

Also need ILB depth, going to need to look that way in the mid rounds.

I have no idea what they do with Mitchell.

Without the cap, there's absolutely NO reason to get rid of Mitchell. Ralph says it ain't about the money. This is just one more opportunity for him to prove it. What happens to Nic Harris now? Cut? Traded? Maybe I'm wrong, but a former college safety doesn't fit an OLB in the 3-4.

Mitchell should be retained for depth/blitzing purposes. He is a highly effective rusher.
