All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
Damn right its a business. Some people don't understand that. I'm glad that we finally have a front office who does. You have to spend money to get the players who fit your scheme. It looks like we are going to start doing that.
National Football Post reporter Aaron Wilson reported on his twitter late Tuesday night that free agent defensive end Dwan Edwards will sign a contract to join the Buffalo Bills on Wednesday.
According to Wilson the contract will be for four years and $18 million.
“It looks like I’m going to be a Buffalo Bill.” Edwards told Wilson Tuesday night. “It would have been nice to stay in Baltimore, but it’s a business.”
So hopefully by the time you’re on your first or second cup of coffee at the office, the ink will be drying on Edwards’ new contract.
contract may be a little steep but its about time the front office realized that until we put a proven winner on the field we are going to have to overpay a bit to get the players we need.
