i wouldn't mind it....if we traded back

i also wouldnt mind morgan, but i think graham has a little more power and leverage at the point of attack...

morgan doesnt fit the 3-4 as well

NOT THE DUDE...
03-19-2010, 08:35 PM
ive seen morgan play, i think he can fit the 34 as a olb... he just needs to play at 255-260 instead of 272 or so... he ran a 4.6 and is fluid. i dont get why he cant play in the 34 at olb. but graham reminds me so much of woodley...

i would love graham. but not at 9 overall. trade back

NOT THE DUDE...

dude everyone keeps saying 9 is to hight for graham, if we dont take him, i can guarantee you parcells for miami will for sure! he wont last past 12... i know this is a lofty comparison but i think he has bruce smith ability... he got 20.5 sacks the past 2 years as a 34 end pretty much. he wasnt on the edge as much as other ends...if he played derrick morgans spot he would get 15-20 sacks in 12 college games, hes that dominant....maybin could be our next c bennett and graham our next bruce! :)

That's insulting Bruce Smith.

Graham won't even be playing the same position in the pros as Smith did. And Graham played with his hand on the ground which makes him a 4-3 end in college.

And Vernon Gholston got a total of 22 sacks in the 2years prior to being drafted - guess how well he has done?

It's apparent that you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.

I like Brandon Graham. I just think drafting an LT at 9 would be much better.

This is actually one of my surprise picks too, he is worthy of the 9th pick, but we would have to do some wheeling and dealing to fill other holes on our team while preferably trading Schobel & Stroud for some picks.

So do I.. Seriously.

I can see them taking a OT with the first pick and trading up for Terrence Cody late in the first round.

I do not think Cody is going to be there at #41.

What would be sexy is if they could move down from #9 and get a later first and a second in the process, which they can flip in a move up for Cody.

We need a DT and an LT in rounds 1 and 2. (period) With that said it 's a toss up of which way to go first, Thougts?

Thats what I am hoping for, maybe someone will trade op for Dez, Spiller or Hayden if they are there.

I hope not. We've done that quite a bit recently, and it hasn't exactly gone well for us.

I hope they try to move back, 15-21 range, grab an extra 2nd day and late picks.

Turn our 9 picks into 11 or 12. With Nix's draft record it could go extremely well for us.
