I guess in actual words but hasn't Gailey already said we have 3 QB's on the team and they will all compete? Seriously who didn't see this? They are the only QB's on the roster as of now and if we get another one via draft or FA, UDFA then add him to the mix as well.

I agree with you, just nice to have it confirmed. He could of said, "Ryan was the starter was to end last season and will enter camp as the starter, after that we'll see what happens."

Now they just need to bring in a QB or two to compete with Brohm for the job, then they can cut Trent & Ryan.

Brohm is the only QB that this FO brought in, and he's completely untested and unproven. Neither of the other two QB's on the roster have earned the right to start either.

What the hell else is he going to do? It would be stupid to name any of these guys as the starter at this point.

Good. NO surprise. Everyone gets a clean slate even Trent. I hope Rivera can do what he did for Garcia with at least one of these qb's.

Chan Gailey ran a qb friendly system that allows a qb to be productive unlike the past HC who set up his qb's to fail. If he can make guys like Thigpen and Kordell produce, I am looking forward to seeing what he can do for any of our qb's.

I think an open competition is the only way to go right now. You can't really justify naming any of the three qb's the starter at this point.

However, I'm sure after all the film study and research that Gailey has done, he must have a favorite.

Obviously it's an open competition and fully expect a 4th qb to join the mix. Whether it's McCoy, Skelton, LeFevour or someone of that caliber.

If we're having an open competition it tells me that we aren't sold on anyone on the current roster as being the guy. I know Nix has gone on record saying that we won't be finished after this season. All this points to us taking a QB later in the draft then sooner. I know Pat's reported that we like Snead but another guy that might be on our radar is Levi Brown. As Gailey's got a connection to Troy and Levi does have NFL size and could be a nice development guy.

i'd rather watch the biggest loser competition than watch this QB competition. if brohm doesn't win it out, then we have a bunch of backups and nothing more.

I truly believe that Brohm will be the starting QB next year and the Bills will add a QB via the draft...probably 3rd round...just my opinion.
