Re: Does Lynch want out??
What could the Bills fetch for Lynch? Not a great return considering he was the 12th overall pick in the draft in 2007. It would depend on whether there were more than one team interested. Willis McGahee, who had a tad more production than Lynch through three seasons and no baggage, fetched a third-rounder. McGahee was coming off a 990-yard rushing season when he was dealt. Lynch had 450 last season. So a fourth-rounder might be the best the Bills could get, if there were an eager suitor.
Lynch still has three years left on his contract, so that's no hindrance to making a deal. But it also doesn't put any pressure on the Bills to move Lynch.
The contract, combined with Jackson's 1,000-yard rushing season last year, gives Lynch no leverage. Zero.YardRat Wall of Fame

1 good year out of the #12 pick! Quite promising? Big effing deal. Potential does not mean squat. We need more than potential from our #1 picks. That's not acceptable. Players with "promise" make the Bills what they are...........perennial losers. You are wrong. He is an example of poor drafting.

The Bills can't just keep trotting out fodder at key positions and don't tell me some LT of quality will still be there at #41. It's pure fantasy.Anonymity is an abused privilege, abused most by people who mistake vitriol for wisdom and cynicism for wit

Re: Does Lynch want out??
The Bills suck at team building - plain and simple. At the same time, we don't need some hood-trash thug on our team.
But I don't think he's going anywhere this offseason. He's got at least this next season here. That's just my opinion.Last edited by DMBcrew36; 04-04-2010, 08:41 AM.
