Only because I can vote that way.

Yes without a question mark.

No thank you. Does not seem like a for sure NFL player to me. For once I want a guy who can and will step in and make an impact immediately.

Yup, I feel that QB is our biggest problem on the team and am confident we can get a very good OT in the 2nd round. I like the ****yness of Clausen and he already knows how to run a pro offense. Most rookies do not.

My question is if we DO draft Jimmy Clausen, who is cut bait? With Brohm, Edwards and Fitpatrick on the roster, we would obviously wany Clausen to be the franchise QB... So Edwards with Fity as quality backup? Brohm with Edwards just kinda living out his contract? A conundrum I say.

I'd shop Edwards and try to get whatever picks we can get for him. It has to be better than what Brady Quinn got for Cleveland!

Depends on who is available.
I prefer one of the top 3 OT's or Spiller in the draft over Claussen and don't mind drafting a QB later on but in the likely event all were gone I would not be opposed to it.

I wouldn't even take him with the 41st pick.

Depends. If the top four OTs are gone, I would seriously consider Clausen at #9, but it wouldn't be a slam dunk.

I voted yes, but he wouldn't be my first choice. I would only draft him at 9 if the top 8 fell a certain way and we couldn't trade down, and if we don't trade for Campbell.

to be determined at camp.

Yes. Much more appealing than Trent Edwards or Jason Campbell starting next year. He has a strong arm, is accurate, and came from a pro-style offense. Not a sure thing but who really is.

I say no because i watched him enough this year to know he is not worth a 9 spot in the draft. Back in Dec all the "experts*" were saying how there is not one single QB worth a first round pick. Now all of the sudden because of a few pro days and workouts these guys are franchise saviors.

In this class there a good QB's that can be drafted in the later rounds. LaFevour *sp* out of CMU is a good option. McCoy could slip to Buffalo in the second but is he worth the risk? I think he is but i am more in the LaFevour camp.

*No shot at anyone here

Yes. If Bulaga and Okung are gone. I'm not a big fan of Trent Williams. Well, I am a huge fan of his athleticism but his attitude scares me off a bit. I would never take Davis with a top ten pick, and I was never sold on Dan Williams.

Go Clausen...
