I don't see any reason why 40 goals is out of the question. As long as he adds a little muscle and can stand up to the beating I think it is easily attainable for him.

Ennis has dominated offensively at every level and appears to be meshing beautifully with the NHL game. He was called one of the best, if not the best, pure offensive players in the 2008 draft by Central Scouting. This kid, judging by his entire track record, appears to be the real deal.

He's got an awful lot of Briere in him.

Oh that is surely possible, and I wasn't predicting he would be a perenial 40 goal guy but 40 goals in a season is not out of the question for him. He has shown to be a scorer just as much as a passer throughout his young career.

Sane people like you and I will realize 1 off year doesn't make the guy a total bum or bust.
