I didn't click his link, but I don't see how he was wrong.

For those who get the Sabres game locally (Buffalo and the surrounding area), you would have it on MSG as normal. For those out of market, you get it on VS as bonus coverage.

Same scenario for the Mon/Car game that was also on.

So, basically, people in Buffalo have to watch the game on MSG with RJ instead of watching the VS re-feed of the crappy Bruins broadcast? Where exactly is the problem?

Being out of market, I was happy just to be able to watch, but if it was my choice, I'd definitely prefer MSG.

Sometimes you just can't win. When the game is a VS national game and there's no MSG broadcast, everyone complains. This time, the game is blacked out on VS so you CAN watch the MSG broadcast, and you're still complaining. WTF?

well, technically he wasn't wrong- the game was blacked out on VS. However, he forgot the rather important detail that the game WASN'T blacked out in Buffalo- it was still available on MSG.

As far as the Bruins broadcast, the sound and video were better than what VS usually has, and they do an excellent job with replays. But they are horrific homers. I get stuck listening to a lot of other teams' broadcasts, and they're all homers to some degree, but these Boston idiots are just over the top with it.
