Tier One (1-10 listed alphabetically)

Eric Berry (http://www.nfl.com/draft/2010/profiles/eric%20-berry?id=496723), S, Tennessee
5-11 5/8, 211
Smart, with excellent ball skills. Former cornerback with outstanding athleticism. High-character person.
Sam Bradford (http://www.nfl.com/draft/2010/profiles/sam-bradford?id=497095), QB, Oklahoma
6-4 ¼, 236
A natural leader, athletic and very accurate. Threw 50 touchdown passes in 2008.
Bryan Bulaga (http://www.nfl.com/draft/2010/profiles/bryan-bulaga?id=496988), OT, Iowa
6-5 3/8, 314
An outstanding run blocker in the zone blocking system. He is mean and aggressive, and has been very well coached.
Bruce Campbell (http://www.nfl.com/draft/2010/profiles/bruce-campbell?id=496994), OT, Maryland
6-5 3/8, 314
Has outstanding size, speed and athletic ability, though he did not play well at Maryland. He is a high risk/reward type of player.
Jimmy Clausen (http://www.nfl.com/draft/2010/profiles/jimmy-clausen?id=497108), QB, Notre Dame
6-2 5/8, 222
A very accurate passer. He threw only four interceptions in 2009 -- and one of those was a fluke that bounced off a player's back. He can work under center or in the shotgun. Well coached by Charlie Weis.
Rolando McClain (http://www.nfl.com/draft/2010/profiles/rolando-mcclain?id=496941), LB, Alabama
6-3 3/8, 254
Very smart, and well coached. A very competitive player, who can play all three downs. Good blitzer.
Gerald McCoy (http://www.nfl.com/draft/2010/profiles/gerald-mccoy?id=496816), DT, Oklahoma
6-4 1/8, 295
Outstanding athlete who is very quick. He is comparable to Tommie Harris (http://www.nfl.com/players/tommieharris/profile?id=HAR548445) of the Bears. Plays with very good technique.
Russell Okung (http://www.nfl.com/draft/2010/profiles/russell-okung?id=497032), OT, Oklahoma State
6-5 ¼, 307
His 38-inch arms and great footwork make him an outstanding pass protector. Four-year starter in a good program. Was great in college against top pass rushers.
Ndamukong Suh (http://www.nfl.com/draft/2010/profiles/ndamukong-suh?id=496861), DT, Nebraska
6-3 7/8, 307
Very strong and very athletic, he has outstanding quickness and a motor that never stops. He can play end if needed.
Trent Williams (http://www.nfl.com/draft/2010/profiles/trent-williams?id=497073), OT, Oklahoma
6-4 5/8, 315
Has outstanding fundamentals for the system. Well coached, he can play right or left tackle. Has a very good punch.

I disagree on Bruce Campbell, I have him in tier two, if I were to rank by tiers. Also, keep in mind these are alphabetical. Not, numerically ranked.

I could Spiller or Haden in Tier 1. I like that he has Thomas ranked higher than Dez Bryant, though.

very surprising to see Campbell there...especially because of how big of a boom/bust he will be

I'm fairly confident that Trent Williams will slide to us at 9. That's who the pick should be.

On a side note, the Rams are apparently really impressed with Colt McCoy.

I still think they won't pass on Bradford, but if they do I am a HUGE fan of trading this year's first and next years. I'd even add in a third next season to move on up and take him. Detroit and Tampa are two teams who have expressed a willingness to trade down. If they want more picks this year, I'd give them the 9th pick, then our 3rd this year, and our first next year.

NOT THE DUDE...

To get a guy who I believe will be a future pro bowler and a franchise QB, I would give up next year's first in a heart beat. If Nix and Chan feel the same way as I do about Bradford, I think they'd make the same decision.

I wouldn't trade up at all for Bradford, why trade up to #1 to take a guy who few people think is even the #1 player in this class?

I really think Trent Williams goes to Seattle at 6, he's the perfect style guy to replace Walter Jones.

Trent Williams, Anthony Davis, Russell Okung, just say no to Bulaga, I'm not high on him at all.

The seems to be the consensus now. Basically the top 6 picks seem set now.

Bradford
Suh
McCoy
Okung

Does that seem to be the consensus top 6?

looks about right... Berry might go to KC... but i doubt it. Their o-line is a worse mess then ours (as amazing as that is to say). they need the tackle too badly to pass on one.

then you have Cleveland who'll either go Berry or Bryant (i think it will be bryant.. they need a WR badly)

Then Oakland who'll probably go Campbell (i think the Combine cinched that pick)..which probably leaves us with Dan Williams as the pick at 9

I wouldn't be kicking babies if we took Dan Williams at #9 but I think he would still be available a few spots down. I would love to be able to trade down a few and still get DW plus an exta pick or two.

he'll be off the board when either maimi or denver picks... you can't trade that far back

I agree. And if we do miss on him, I would feel better about taking one of the remaining LTs. Just not at #9.
