From his press conference earlier today:


"I want to go out and prove that I can still play this game at an extremely high level. I know that I can. I never lost that confidence throughout my career. I believe in my ability to play the game. I'm ready to go out on the field again. To play as long as I did without having to deal with injury and be on the sidelines and having that yanked away from me last year really made me respect and appreciate the opportunity I have had to play this game. I intend to take this opportunity and run with it as well as I can.

Wouldn't it be nice to see quotes like

"I need to cut down the penalties and set an example to the other linemen as in how to play like an all pro."

"We have to block our guys as well as the linemen in order to help the running game"

"I have to realize that just becasue I can run, that doesn't give me the right to not block someone blitzing and getting a good shot on Drew."
