Yeah that's right, Rich Gannon was terrible under Gruden in Oakland, and so was Brad Johnson when he won the Super Bowl.

Why was this a good video? Because he can sit in his chair and tell Gruden why he sucked at throwing the ball in college? Anybody can do that. A high school QB can watch video and pick himself apart. Talk is cheap and until i see him throwing the ball with his new and "improved" motion with people flying at his feet, then that's all he'll ever be. All talk.

Yeah, the guy was terrible in college... I think people like to hate just to hate.

The guy is a great leader and has an amazing work ethic. He is just the kind of high character guy the Bills have been looking for.

Ugh... why do I like Tebow after watching this video...

I still think he holds the ball too far from his body at times, he's being too conscious of it I think. We'd be looking RT in the draft, for the record.
