All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!

9. BUFFALO. The previous coaching regime soured on Trent Edwards, but is there a QB worth the ninth overall spot? Possibly, but a wiser choice would be someone who can have an early impact, which is why DERRICK MORGAN, DE, Georgia Tech winds up in western New York.

Okung>Trent Williams so that pick for Washington doesn't make sense
Raiders couldn't take Campbell...could they? Yikes.
Bulaga would be the pick there if that is the way the Top 8 pans out. I bet they chose Morgan because he was a Gailey guy at GT.
This is not the first mock I have seen do this. Per Don Banks:
I'm buying the notion that Williams has supplanted Russell Okung as the Redskins' pick because scouts say he's more athletic and better suited to the zone-blocking schemes long favored by Mike Shanahan-coached teams. Williams was seen as something less than a safe pick pre-combine, but he has assuaged the doubts and continues to rise as the draft nears.
Bryant not even a first rounder? That is just flat out crazy.
I guess it's just a matter of preference between Okung and Williams, but I think Okung is the best overall tackle in the draft, followed by Williams then Bulaga
