    How about a BFZ group going to a Sabres game?

    Once the Sabres schedule comes out, maybe we can get together a group of BFZ posters to go to a Sabres game. Please reply if interested

    I'd be interested if it was a Saturday before the Bills game.

    But they are usually home Fridays, and on the road Saturdays?

                  Hey folks...the Sabres almost never play at home on Saturdays...

                  try again...

                    Sabres played 5 Sat. home games this past season and 4 of them were during football season.

                    We will just need to wait until the schedule comes out

                      No seriously, we could get hammered in the Byward Market, take a cab to Hull & chat up the Quebecois girls over quarts of 50 and jello shooters, then do some midnight ice fishing at your hut, Ticat, you'll just have to haul it down the river on your skidoo so we don't need to drive as far.

                          That sounds like a great idea, D! :) But, you forgot ice skating on the canal. That was my favorite part about Ottawa! :) And, yes, I did go out to Ticat's ice shack. I was kinda afraid though. Being that far out on the ice was scary. lol

                            IMO, this would be a FANTASTIC option...I know I (and probably Mrs. Eb) would appreciate a weekend away from B-lo and the kids...get to see a city I haven't been to yet. BION, it is more appealling than a Bills road trip this year.

                              Forget the ice skating;

                              There are only three valid reasons for a guy to willingly skate on the canal in Ottawa.

                              1) he's looking to get some poon
                              2) he's skating to/from work
                              3) he's there with his kids
