That pretty much describes this team and all of it's players. It also can describe the HC and the FO. And people wonder why most fans hate this team and can't get behind it 100%.

It's pretty much a joke that this FO refuses to acknowledge this and trade away some of these lazy, gutless players.

You have the same soft core of players drafted in Darcie's mold...Pommers, Stafford, Enis, Roy, Vanek, Kennedy and the biggest vagina of them all, Connolly. Good talent, but no grit, no heart, no pride, and no consistent passion for winning.

It's pretty evident that this team is seriously lacking in those areas...as they have for 5 years! This organization is just dedicated to winning a championship...and it sucks balls.

the gutless players are the top paid players too, so its hard to move them or motivate them.

I've always liked ruff and t hink he's done well. but i don't think his words carry any weight with these guys anymore. there is nothing he can say. he's ridden them into the ground and that doesn't work. he took them on a stroll in montreal, and that didn't work.

They are what they are...talented players when the game is wideopen. when it gets chippy they are looking for someone else to do the dirty work. we need a 3rd and 4th line of guys who are 6'2 and 220, that dig and defend. We don't have that.
