Question about going to the draft (Thursday)

The NFL says, you can begin lining up Wednesday at 10pm to get a wristband to get you in Thursday. Has anybody done this before, and if so, how long does it take? I don't want to be lining up at 10pm and waiting to 2am or 5am. Do they hand out wristbands promptly at 10pm? Thanks.

i'd imagine the chances of getting in are slim to none. i was in nyc one year during the draft and the place was a mad house

There probably aren't any answers simply because this is the first time the draft has been opened on a Thursday night.

I went last year (the 2nd day - so rds 3 on) and you walked right in. The first night, I think, is packed, but Friday/Saturday won't be - certainly not Saturday
