Higher.

Higher.
Probably lower actually. Chances are Ben's Raping days are behind him. We may lower the rape percentage here.

Ridiculous question. This is why people don't want registered sex offenders living in their neighborhood. Any odds is too much when it comes to that.

Could be.

Just the same, if its an option, would rather not live in the same neighborhood as a potential sex offender.

there are pleny of dirtbags in buffalo and the NFL already. It's not like he is the only person getting with drunk girls. That is the entire premice of the bar industry. I'm not saying it's okay but I'm not going to act like this doesn't happen with guys who are already on our team either. So I'd rather have a dirtbag who is an allpro than dirtbags who just plain suck.

That is what I am trying to say. Ben seems more horny than most but I bet this exact thing happens all the time.

I know a girl that banged Lee Evans.

Uh, what?

How many current Bills players have been suspected/accused of anything similar? That's a bit of a strong assumption to say "all of the NFL players are sex offenders!"

He has to go through counseling and cant work out with the team in the meantime. If he gets through the counseling his suspension can be reduced to 4 games.

Being horny is not the same as being a raptist. You can want it all the time but forcefully taking it from an unwilling person is not being horny. It's a felony.

NFL (http://nfl.fanhouse.com/) commissioner Roger Goodell (http://www.fanhouse.com/tag/Roger+Goodell/) has suspended Steelers (http://nfl.fanhouse.com/team/pittsburgh-steelers) quarterback Ben Roethlisberger (http://www.fanhouse.com/tag/Ben+Roethlisberger/) for six games without pay for violating the league's personal conduct policy, the league announced Wednesday. Roethlisberger will also be forced to undergo comprehensive behavioral evaluation, per the terms of the suspension.

Good! I wonder if they Steelers will get rid of him. He reminds me of TO. He may be a good football player, but he brings way too much drama to the team and most teams are better without all the BS.

4 or 6 games is a heck of a lot better than 16 games!

Our first round pick is definitely worth a young 2 time super bowl champion franchise QB.

Bottom line he was not convicted of rape so stop calling him a rapist (not directed at you F_L). A moron yes, but you can't slander someone who wasn't convicted of any crime. It's not like the courts take rape lightly and were like "ohh lets just let him off this time".

Not the same, you are acting like he just did something that no one found out about. He was accused of something and found innocent.

I dont' know. The #9 overall pick for a guy who'll miss over a third of the season. Yes, I'd love to have Big Ben as Buffalo's QB, but, trading the #9 pick for him is a lot. I don't know. I'd be happy if they got Big Ben, I guess you can't have your cake and eat it too.

This is true, but I was talking more about what both of these guys bring to the lockerroom and the field, not so much what they do off the field. And, as much as I'd like to say I believe the girls who have claimed that Ben assaulted them, I have to wonder if maybe they weren't just saying that to get some money out of him. I still think he's a total ass, but I do question whether or not he actually assaulted anyone.

Missed out on that activity personally.

Though more accurately stated, Ben's situation was dirtily forcing himself on an intoxicated girl in the bathroom of a bar.

This kind of thinking really amazes me. How many more women does this guy need to assault and pay off before he's considered by you "see no evil/just win baby/apologists" as a sleezey scumbucket? Do you really think the league has no knowledge of what this guy has really been up to? Do you have any ****ing clue how hard it is to get a rape conviction against a celebrity for a whole host of reasons (we don't really need to go there, do we?)

The fact that he's had 4 of these cases go public says to me there's probably 20 more that DIDN'T go public. This guy has a possee that picks out cute girls, brings them up to the VIP room, pours drinks down their throats and Ben bangs them, regardless of whether the answer is yes,no or maybe. It's sickening. You guys that still support Ben have lost your souls and I don't mean that in a religious way.

did i think big ben did this yes but im sick of people saying who cares if he hasn't been convicted

i have known people who didn't and girls have come out later saying they were lying and ****ed up people's lifes

He was accused of something and the officials found that he would never be convicted. Completely different from innocent. The police and DA figured she was too drunk and too unreliable regarding specifics for a jury to believe her without reasonable doubt. It's all about reasonable doubt.
