Also, we should sign a left tackle and a nose tackle.

In keeping with the Nix/Modrak spirit of things, though, I'm assuming that we're going to draft Golden Tate.

Ideal situation is draft Brown, Campbell, Saffold or Ducasse at 41 and trade our 3rd and maybe Lynch for a mid 2nd and draft Cody (if avail). Of course, if they love Claussen or McCoy (and I don't think they do) it would probably only take our #41 and a 4th to move up to the Stl or Min pick (33,34). Should be exciting and I'll be at Radio City again, representing.

I have a feeling people will be even more pissed after Day 2.

I believe Nix and co. will really go after OL and DL in the later rounds (rounds 3-7). My hope is that they'll take one in round 2, but I wouldn't be surprised if they went another route (QB, WR).

I see us going with BPA again. Buddy Nix is proving that needs may be important, but he prefers to draft the most talented player on his board. This could mean that we don't go OL, DL or even LB in the second round. If Buddy sees a player that he thinks is going to be a star, he would grab them, even if it's a QB, CB, S, WR, or TE. The truth is, we are a couple seasons away from being a playoff team again. Buddy knows this, so he's just trying to build the team and bring some talent here. CJ Spiller was the first piece. Jimmy Clausen, Colt McCoy, Rob Gronkowski, Golden Tate, Sergio Kindle could be the next piece....
