That would be great, whether your a Campbell fan or not. He would be our best QB and only giving up a 6th rounder doesn't lock him to us. We could still draft QB next year if it doesn't work out.

I have zero faith that this group will take a QB...they're rose colored glasses are on when it comes to the LT spot and the QB spot. It's kind of frustrating.

dawg, we're not going to the Super Bowl with them, but when surrounded by some talent and w/ a good o-line in front of him plus the new coaching staff....Edwards has the potential to excel, he wasn't supposed to play until this season....we sort of pushed him in there a bit early

I think if you're going to take a project QB, you may as well wait until at least the 5th round. Bradford went number 1 and rightfully so. Clausen is just awful and I am not a fan of his at all. I actually like McCoy, but he's a project. Pike, Skelton, LeFevour, Crompton, Hiller, etc. all projects. We'll get one of them later. None of them are head and shoulders above any of the others right now. Maybe we still land Campbell and draft QB next year. No rose colored glasses here at all. I'm just glad we changed our draft approach to BPA finally. We'll see how it pans out. Do you have any QB in particular that you feel was that great, or do you see any still available that you still like?

You're dead on with the remaining QBs, but I personally would like LeFevour...I always prefer a kid who proved to be accurate and has lead his team to some sort of success. Edwards never won in college and that has continued in the pros. I just hope they grab somebody who had some success in college and isn't just an athlete.
