He made that mock before the 2010 draft was commenced. At that point, he was guessing that the Bills would manage to pick up Clausen. Hence, they pass on a QB in his 2011 mock.

to determine the value of the 2011 Mock go back and check out a 2010 Mock written in April or May of 2009. Find me anybody who said that the Bills would pick CJ Spiller.
