PETERS TRADE:


we got:

eric wood
shawn nelson (4th last year)
danny batten (6th this year)

KO SIMPSON

we got Levi Brown.

I personally believe we did well in both trades! Wood is a better o lineman. Nelson is a future pro bowler and we will see about batten!

We could have gotten the flu and it would have been better than Simpson.

How can you say Wood is better than Peters? Not at this point. How many pro-bowls has Wood made? I think you're right that we got better for the Simpson deal no matter what we got but Peters is still better than Wood at this point.

but, but, but...he made the pro bowl & EVERYONE knows that is the end all, be all, final decision on how great a player is!!!

Umm.... Jason Peters graded out as the 32nd best LT for the 2009 season.
He had 1 very good season, and everyone labels him the 2nd coming of Anthony Munoz. Coincidentally our own Geoff Hangartner graded out as the
32nd best C.
