03/25/2010 - PRO DAY RESULTS: As usual, the scouts came out in droves to check out Virginia Tech Pro Day, with representatives from 25 teams in attendance in Blacksburg, Va., on March 18. And they weren't disappointed, as a couple of big prospects had solid performances. The biggest name of the group was offensive lineman Ed Wang (6-4 7/8, 318), who is looking to become the NFL's first Chinese player. Wang, who also worked out at the NFL Scouting Combine, could find his way into the first round of the draft. While Wang has the size you want in an offensive tackle, the lack of athleticism he showed on Monday was eye opening. Wang didn’t move well laterally in pass protection and Michigan’s Brandon Graham ruled him in one-on-one drills. He also had a difficult time staying low and getting under defenders. If he could find his way into the first round would mean that he was worth a first rounder. Its just a roundabout way of indirectly saying that.

They all need to work hard, but I see Wang as much less a "project" that Denetrius Bell.
