Henderson is 6'7" 335 - he'd be a NT for us, not a DE

Anyways, you're dreaming if you think Henderson is gonna be a "depth" player. He's going to be a starter for at least a few more seasons.

There are already about 4 teams (Chiefs, Falcons, Giants, Browns) that have contacted Henderson, with more possibly in the mix. All 4 may not want to sign him, but with that much interest, he is bound to land somewhere.
