    This is my prediction for the qb depth chart

                      I don't think Brown will go to the PS. They specifically targeted him as the QB they wanted. The fact that they picked him in the 7th round only means that the entire QB class fell farther than expected.

                            They specifically stated he is a developmental project. Maybe he makes it as a third though. We will see.
