With a couple of days for everybody to process the picks, I've compiled the grades from various columnists to come up with a composite mark for each AFC East club.

The evaluators are ESPN's Mel Kiper (http://insider.espn.go.com/nfl/draft10/insider/news/story?id=5118576), Clifton Brown (http://www.sportingnews.com/nfl/article/2010-04-24/who-makes-grade-we-rate-2010-nfl-draft) from The Sporting News, John Czarnecki (http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/NFL-Draft-grades-every-team-bradford-tebow-042410) of FoxSports.com, AOL Fanhouse's Chris Burke (http://nfl.fanhouse.com/2010/04/25/2010-nfl-draft-grades-final-verdict/), Jason Cole (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=jc-09afcdraftgrades042709) from Yahoo! Sports, Pro Football Weekly's Nolan Nawrocki (http://www.profootballweekly.com/2010/04/25/ravens-patriots-stand-out-on-draft-weekend) and CBSSports.com duo Pete Prisco (http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/story/13292105) and Rob Rang (http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/story/13292580?tag=coverlist_active;coverlist_footer).

Buffalo Bills (composite grade C+)

Kiper's grade: C+
Brown's grade: C-
Burke's grade: B-
Cole's grade: C-
Czarnecki's grade: C
Nawrocki's grade: B+
Prisco's grade: C
Rang's grade: C+

Draft Nasty- A

That is correct, though that is Corey's grade, the sit has no issued grades yet. Im working on those now.

That being said Corey's grade and the grade I have are the same for the Bills.

this was a solid draft to build the foundation, this was not a "win now" draft and thats prolly why we are getting average grades. But this is the right way to go

The way all of the "experts" grade is purely based on what they think the needs are for the team. They don't take into account what the FO and coaches are doing. Those grades would be higher if they had paid attention to the fact that both Chan and Buddy said they we're going to stick with the QB's we have. The only real downside I see to this whole draft was drafting a OT so late. (I like wang though, so that isn't really a neg in my book.)

Chewytie's draft grade: A- (as if anyone cared lol)

Since we didn't get a QB or LT in the first round, this is immediately a loss to most of the talking heads.

Those guys talked about this weak QB class but then criticize our draft by saying we didn't pick one of them. Using pre-draft information, if we had picked Clausen 9th and then traded back into the first round to get Campbell, they would be giving us an A. After the draft, seeing where those guys went, what grade would we deserve if we had picked them? Both of those guys fell way down in the draft....... I wonder why?

Your recipe forgot "sprinkle new names and repeat every april"

And that turned out to be a very good draft.

You can't fairly grade a draft until the players hit the field.

Lemme add Jamie Dukes horrible commentary..

'Omg they didn't get a tackle in round 1 again?! Why are they neglecting the line?! I'm big and stupid and think the draft ends after 1 round. Did I also mention I'm loud and obnoxious, also rarely correct in my short sighted arguments'.

That about does it.

NFLN's Rich Eisen had a nervous breakdown prior to our first 2 picks, screaming " Clausen ! " like it was the ONLY possible selection. What a clueless fool.

i agree to an extent...however what happens if Clausen starts for Carolina and wins OROY? we really have no idea until players begin to play.

Then I'll take Matt Moore, who started winning games for them, once they benched Jake D. He'd have to completely flop now to lose his job to a rookie.

If he does, good for him. Carolina has a very good OL, top notch run game, and Steve Smith. They just added a few WRs too, so he could end up with two good options plus the run game to fall back on. They also apparently run almost the same offense that Clausen ran in college, so he's likely to succeed there.

I have no idea what they'll do with Matt Moore, I thought he was the future in CAR and didn't see the Clausen pick coming. They also took Tony Pike late, so it looks like they're trying to find an answer at the position ASAP.

Spiller has a better shot at ROY than Clausen.

If you meant Moore would have to completely flop... well it's Carolina... they are pretty adept at messing up situations with great talent. "Oh wait, we have 2 high grade rookies? Well **** let's not let them learn/pan out, but toss them in to the fire! Screw your good year Moore!"

If you meant Jakey D, I hate to disagree with people on this board, but I actually think Holmgren/Mangina are sticking by their guns that McCoy will not start this year, sitting behind D and Wallace.
