It seems as though the letters and numbers are becoming harder and harder to find as the NFL cracks down on altering jerseys, so that they can get you to buy new ones.

Just wanted to share this company that I found.

http://www.easternlettering.net/cart/

It's located here in Raleigh, so I should get my letters pretty quickly. They were $2.50 each, so I was able to get SPILLER for $17.50 plus shipping.

I'll check back in here once I have them and let everybody know how legit they are. Now I just need to find somebody that can sew!

one question: how are you going to remove/cover the old letters on the jersey?

Most embroidery shops will do it for a really small fee. I had a Takeo Spikes, Drew Bledsoe, and Troy Vincent jersey all transfered to Poz, Parrish and Lynch respectively (obviously) and they did the lettering/removal for 10 bucks apiece. I'm guessing if you brought your own letters they'd do it cheaper.

Might as well buy a new one from EC for 25 bucks.

When I have a jersey from a guy that gets traded I throw it out in the garbage.

This is where I've gotten them done before. I had my Takeo Spikes authentic changed to a Paul Posluszny. They did a great job and they are right in Buffalo!

Actually Mikey Al Ross does do good work. Good call for locals who don't throw Jerseys away like I do.

one question: how are you going to remove/cover the old letters on the jersey? They use a nameplate, which is basically a piece of fabric that same style and color as the jersey itself. Then they put the new letters on top. I had this done with a Spikes throwback that I got for $10. Now I have a nifty Poz throwback.

one question: how are you going to remove/cover the old letters on the jersey? As mentioned, any embroidery shop worth a damn should easily be able to remove the old ones and stitch on the new ones without much issue.

Might as well buy a new one from EC for 25 bucks.Except this is a legit authentic jersey and not a knock off... I got it on ebay for $50 a few years back and it's the real deal, you can notice the difference. Since I already have it, might as well pay a few bucks to keep it useful rather than go order another one of lesser quality.

http://www.alross.com/Yeah, in my searching, most all Bills fans pointed to that place to get it done, but since it wasn't local, it didn't do me a lot of good. I've heard nothing but good things about their work though.
