Interesting article about Wang and his childhood. His parents basically tried to manufacture a pro athlete.

If this guy ends up starting, ticket sales will go up . The entire chinatown from Toronto will be there.

Wait till we draft a new center next year. Peter Gazinya is going to be good.

Not just Chinese. Assuming he's good a lot of women from all nationalities will be enthusiastic wang fans.

The move was a PR home run... no doubt there. Plus, he seems to have been raised with an incredible work ethic, so he should definitely reach his potential, whatever that may be. Hard to do much better with a 5th round pick at this point.

Average Asian Wang is smaller then most of the worlds. I'm sure miyagi can verify it.

HEY IDIOTS. THE WANG JOKE IS GETTING KINDA OLD. GET OVER IT.

Great article by the way. Sounds like this guy is dedicated and not spoiled in the spotlight just for being the first Chinese-American in the league.

I think Wang will rise to the occasion and prove to be stiff competition.

Dude, get over the Wang joke? I never thought it was that funny...actually I went the Caddyshack direction with Wang, but there is a group that seems to have really been waiting for a good chance to reference the penis on several occasions a day. This is usually in connection with inactivity with their own penis, forcing them to live vicariously through any cheap reference they can find.

To me Ed Wang is a better fit at RT. He's simply not a natural knee-bender and he has a fairly strong hand punch which at times makes him a strong run-blocker. If D'Alessandris can work on that and correct it, he very well could become a solid RT for many years.

Wang is on the front page of yahoo.com at the moment!

This is a huge break through, and great for the Bills as far as recognition goes. We are going to be China's favorite team, for at least this year. Or until they realize we haven't been in the playoffs for over a decade.

Either way, great exposure for our team. And a great achievement for Wang.

At least they didn't draft Wong. We wouldn't want the Wong guy playing for this team.

Hopefully Wang blocking is never taken out of context.

Wang can be stiff. He likes to drive but only likes to pull as a last resort. He certainly needs to think more about different types of protection.

He's a stand up guy. Hard at the point of attack. Good penetrator. Not sure if he can stand up to an NFL season.

Wow. I'm amazed. Tim Graham managed to write a headline that cannot possibly be interpreted as innuendo or a dirty joke. Bravo.
