Texans | Brian Cushing suspended four games

Houston Texans LB Brian Cushing has been suspended for four games after violating the NFL's steroids policy, reports ESPN's Adam Schefter. Cushing appealed the suspension in February, but found out Friday, May 7, that he had lost his appeal.

Though I can't stand to hear another one of our Baseball hero's getting caught, or having another steroid story shoved down our throats... I'd love to know how many football players are truly on Steroids, HGH, Test. Boosters, etc. I'm not sure on how strict the NFL's policy is on the 'juice', but if I'm correct, not as strict as MLB's, Olympic style, or internationally played sports. What percentage of football players do you think go beyond GNC and are on steroids of some sorts?

NFL suspended Texans SLB Brian Cushing four games for violating the league's steroids policy. We wish we could say we're surprised, but just look at the guy. Cushing will sit against Indianapolis, Washington, Dallas, and Oakland. To compensate, the Texans figure to move weak-side starter Zach Diles to "SAM" for the first month of the season, with Xavier Adibi joining the lineup. Houston's run defense is likely to take a hit. Cushing was the Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2009, helping the Texans to field the NFL's No. 13 overall defense. May. 7 - 6:38 pm et you guys still pissed we drafted maybin instead of cushing?

I don't recall too many people clamoring for Cushing, or being pissed because we took Maybin over him. Other players, yes, but not Cushing.
