According to several reports, Gaither was receiving treatment for an undisclosed injury. However, Adam Schefter reports that two notable sources close to the team believe that Gaither suffered no injury at yesterday's practice, and his absence stems to an issue with pending trade-talks.

Offensive coordinator Cam Cameron said Gather was in the training room being treated for a variety of injuries. ...
