He will need to learn for a year or 2 and could turn out to be that surprising starter someday...

If Wood wasn't coming off a serious injury, I'd have him make the switch to his old position at Center. But to play it safe, I wouldn't want to put too much on Wood's plate considering Center is a very important part of the line. My ideal line would be.
