Pollock: Wannstedt says Gailey right man for Bills

    LINK

"And I'll tell you this," Wannstedt continued, "Buffalo is going to be fine with Chan as head coach. I'm certain they'll be solid offensively because they WILL run the ball effectively.

"His problem will be on defense because they're going from a 4-3 to a 3-4 (alignment) and that changes the type of personnel needed in the front seven. But, in my mind, they've got the right guy as head coach."

I am more excited to see our Defense play this year because of the new scheme, new players, etc. However, I believe our offense is what is going to be the suprise. I believe we are going to run the ball effectively with our 3 very capable starting RB's. I think we're going to control the clock in the majority of our games, and ask our QB to do very little.

I think our LB's are very very average. Our MLB's are slow. Our OLB's are un-proven. I think our D-Line will hold up, but I'm not going to assess that part of our team because I think 2 rookies (Troup and Carrington) will be starting along side Edwards. I'd like to see how they play in the pre-season before making a prediction on the D-Line.

Wannstedt giving a coach his blessings is worse then being cursed by your mother-in-law. Yes Dave, you did real great with your coaching decisions at Miami.
