The Buffalo Bills are transitioning to the 3-4 defense in 2010, and they needed to address their personnel to fit the new scheme. There were a number of draft picks on that side of the ball, but one that really got people's attention was the late-round steal of DE/LB Arthur Moats from James Madison. He is projected as an ILB in the 3-4 defense with the Bills, after racking up 29 career sacks in college as a DE. He just participated in the Bills' first mini-camp, that included all rookies, first- and second-year players, and undrafted free agents. I spoke with Moats about his first NFL mini-camp and get his thoughts on his draft day experience, lining up against Bills first-rounder C.J. Spiller and the possibility of running for mayor.
