I'm pretty sure Bowman played OLB both years at PSU. That being said, I agree that he could have been drafted much higher next year if he had stayed. Another year of the kind of production he can churn out wouldn't hurt at all.

Good article. Maybe a spin-off of that would be to look back at the juniors who decided to stay in school for the 2009 season - was that a good decision or not? For example, it didn't seem to hurt Bradford as he went #1 overall. However, it sure hurt Brandon LaFell that he returned to school.

An up and down Sophmore year, a really bad Junior year, already an advanced age prospect. Yes he could of gone drafted with another year but he was never going to regain his 1st Round status.
