He just got released from the Chargers.

The guy is only 26. He was a 2nd round pick. He started 26 games the last 2 years. Yes, he did struggle a bit but he won't be forced to start here and a change of scenery might do him some good. The guy has the physical skills and hits like a truck.

The only issue is that he isn't the veteran back up the bills are looking for. However, I would rather have a guy like him with some potential than a guy like Blaine Bishop or Victor Greene who are on the downside of their careers.

I think they should bring him in for a look. He's a tough hitter who does have youth on his side. If his asking price isn't too high, he's healthy enough to play, and he has the right mindset (we don't need any egos or head cases here!), why not?
