Many of you remember Sean Kuglar, our most recent OL coach who is now with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He had a son (Robert) who was a star junior football player at Orchard Park High School. Obviously with Kuglar going to Pittsburgh, the family moved and he's going to school in PA (North Allegany High)
Anyway, I talked to him earlier today, and he's the first recruit to commit to going to the University of Purdue in 2011 (working on a little story for tomorrow)
Kuglar told me he had offers on the table from Syracuse and Pitt, and was also considering Boise State.
He's a good kid, and a very smart kid (4.0 GPA)--wish for him the best. Would have liked to see his dad stay in Buffalo if for no other reason than to see his son dominate at OP High School.
