Top right of the page, the paypal tab, you have to do at least a gold donation, I haven't heard anything as far as the drawing being done.

I think she has been assigning numbers to everyone as they became eligible (donated)... and then she was going to use a random number generator thing... :nerd:

The sad news is that she's been having some online issues the last few days. BUT, HOPEFULLY, by tonight we (the rest of the zone) will know the outcome. If the unthinkable happens and she isn't able to get online tonight to finish the compiling etc.... I'm sure she will kick someone's ass to get everything fixed in the early part of the work week.

Raffles are such scams and I don't partake in them, unless I want to donate money to the cause and don't care about the raffle. I recall my wife overhearing some people choosing a name from a raffle and the person who chose it said "I don't know who this is," put it back, and chose another.

It was more than just that one. But I donated to BZ not for the figure, but because I figured it was time I did. If I win, great. If not, no biggie.

If shelby had a web cam...we could always watch her pick the name live on camera! That would be very entertaining. :up: But I don't think she does... :(

What I would do is assign everyone (and their chances) a different number. Then for one day everyone in the zone chooses like five of the numbers. You send all the mods which members have which numbers. The top two numbers win and then you disclose who wins.


For the record, I don't care who wins. I actually don't think Shelby does either.
