Nothing new to really hear about but kinda cool to see video of how he reacted to seeing himself get drafted and the new tatoo he just got.

I love Moats and think we can turn into a Teddy Bruschi type of ILBer.

why are we moving him to ILB? Seems like he was a DE in college and would be best suited for 3-4 OLB.

53 - Arthur Moats (http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/players/108463/Arthur_Moats). An outstanding collegian as a pass rusher, Moats is being moved to inside linebacker by Buffalo's coaching staff because he lacks the length of a prototypical 3-4 outside linebacker. Moats is an explosive athlete capable of making big plays, but he'll be adjusting to a new position, so expectations should be tempered initially. He does, however, have significant upside, and will absolutely be a key player on special teams this season.

You need to be able to rush the passer from the inside as well.

Timmons does the same thing for Pittsburgh and he was a DE at FSU who was very good.

He will likely flex outside some on obvious passing downs to utilize his rush ability. He may even play a little DE if we go multiple looks and try and run some 4-3.

Moats played for JMU. He can do anything.
