It's not like every team starts with a fresh coach that no one has ever seen. Coaches install new things for new personnel. the terminology all changes.

yes, if you have worked with any coaches for years, you probably have an idea of what he likes to do in certain situations, but he probably knows that about himself and adjusts accordingly.

it's like poker in someways. you know the players you are playing and see their tendancies, but if you get the call wrong or they change it up,they'll beat you.

Sure they could no our playbook but Gailey has one of the biggest playbooks in the league. They could know it but they don't the offense.
