So basically he's taking care of himself. Maybe he's still holding out hopes that the Bills will trade him.

the buffalo news mentioned that he was in the weight room and not on the field. who knows how this all works. perhaps they want him conditioning with the new trainers before hitting the field. that is remotely possible.

it also said that a seahawks deal is most likely not going to happen based on what picks they have left and what the bills want. they'll have to be super desperate and by super desperate, that means they'll have to give up a 2nd round pick for him. not going to happen this far out from the regular season.

its not skin off our back if we have 2 good RB's on the roster, and a couple hungry camp fodder people. also, we aren't on the cusp of a playoff birth and need to win every game. we just need to develop out identity and get better at it to the point that the players believe in the middle of the season.

Troup > Suh just for the fact that he is a Buffalo Bill.

That being said, I think Suh could eat Troup's sack lunch any day of the week.

Sorry Troup. Love ya, but Suh is a BEAST.

no thats what he wants, screw him, right now he's barely worth a third, he can ride the pine for the rest of his contract.

And Reggie Bush was unstoppable. We'll see.

Why does the team need THREE star running backs? Isn't that overkill?

Three?

You're counting Lynch?

Well, it appears he's sticking around - unfortunately - so yes, I'm including him. Not that he's that great any more, but....

well we only have 1 star wide receiver, so we gotta make up for it with talent elsewhere.

The Bills have no star RBs right now. I do think Spiller will be one, but right now the count is 0.

I saw a clip from a game last year with Lynch and Jackson on the sideline. Lynch was sulking, feeling all sorry for himself and Freddy trying to console him said someone out here has to make a play if we want to win, why not one of us?

And that right there is the difference between the two backs. Freddy has the never say die attitude, that's why he's been successful after a long and unconventional professional career. Lynch is an emotional guy who will stay down when he gets down. He doesn't have the spirit that Fjax does and that's why he lost his job to him.

Let me rephrase - 3 first-string running backs.

I don't think the Bills will do very well in their division if they've essentially abandoned the passing game in favor of run, run, run, with an occasional 5 yarder tossed in by Captain Checkly Von Checkdown. It would be very easy to defend against a team like that.

It does seem that the only reason he's here is to ask Nix for a trade and not hurt himself participating in OTA's.

Sounds like he left Buffalo now.
