1. Toronto - 42 seasons (last won in 67)
2. Los Angeles - 42 seasons
3. St. Louis - 42 seasons
4. Buffalo - 39 seasons
5. Vancouver - 39 seasons
6. Boston - 38 seasons (last won in 72)

The words "Stanley" and "Cup" in the title should have been enough to suggest that.

sad thing is I'm pretty sure were destined to be the #1 SC drought team some day.

I have no faith... Wish I did but I just do not believe Buffalo will ever be a winner.... Not with the decision making processes we endure in Buffalo sports

Actually, they're tied for fourth. One's place in a list like this is determined by the number of teams ahead of them, not the number of numbers.
At least that's what I see in golf standings.
