    9/2/2010- vs. Hawaii

    1st Qtr:
14:38- Drives into a double block on the R and gets some pressure. Shows decent quickness for his size.
14:37- Rips around the RG for pressure on the QB, almost gets him down for a tackle at the line.
14:05- Gets into the block and shows good leverage and an ability to get off the block to get to the ball carrier. Really appears to have a good combo of size, strength, and quickness. Appears to be able to play DE in a 3-4 or DT in a 4-3. Has the strength to be able to bull rush and a rip move. If he can add 10 pounds, he could be a decent NT option as well.
10:02- Pushes past his block and rushes toward the QB.
9:52- Nice effective rip move to get off the block and head toward the QB.
8:34- Explodes into the block, rips around him and flies to the QB. He has a really nice looking rip move to go with his above average quickness.

    2nd Qtr:
10:11- Drives into the RG pushes him back and then gets off the block to head to the runner. Grabs his feet.
0:30- Lines up on the left. Splits a double team and barrels at the QB, throwing him to the ground but just after the ball is out.

    3rd Qtr:
8:50- Knifes right through with a nice swim move on the RG and closes quickly on the runner.
7:55- Another great job of swimming through blocks. USC is running a Tampa 2 which uses him as a DT.
5:00- The QB is blitzed by a LB, he runs into the T and falls to the ground. Casey simply touched him while he was down. Its recorded as a sack.

    4th Qtr:
13:21- Pushes the RT out and then cuts in to get to the QB for a sack.
11:58- Blows through the block and gets pressure on the QB.

LOS ANGELES – At first, Wes Horton and his USC teammates weren’t sure what to make of Jurrell Casey. Even for a defensive tackle, Casey was a little … well, he wasn’t little…
