No I don't have the link, I read it on ESPN earlier today.

He might not be a bad pickup for us.

I know some people who coached him in HS, so I kinda followed him a bit over the years, and I don't think he's very good.

He's just the kind of guy you'd pick up for a week due to some injuries just to get some depth.

No thanks.

NOT THE DUDE...

A rookie and a project at NT...

Is the media going to jump all over that? Or is that only us?

The guy didn't even make it to training camp. Why is no one asking why? Why does no one care? Why is it that every single name that comes up who fans have HEARD OF, that means "he might not be a bad pickup"?

fans.

The guy was on someone's roster, so many here will assume he's better than anyone we have.

The guy was on someone's roster, so many here will assume he's better than anyone we have.

The reality is that this statement is usually true: many rejects from other teams are better than what we have.

However, there is a corollary to that reality: a team full of other teams' rejects will only get you so far. We've tried getting by with other teams' rejects and it rarely, if ever, works.

I really don't see a use for Scott beyond injury insurance.
