I'm in Rochester and just felt the shaking of that earthquake in Canada!!! Who else is now a survivor like me??? :chuckle:

My cousin was in an elevator nearby in Canada... said he won't be in one anytime soon.

not here in Washington, but I survived a 6.0 about 7 years ago... I've also felt many significant tremors while working in japan.

It's interesting being on the 20 th floor of a hotel when they hit...

i was in a room on the 16th floor when the Northridge quake happened. the building was swaying back and forth. talk about a helpless feeling.

Felt it in Amherst at GEICo....room shook a bit and stuff was chattering about on my desk

We felt in the southern tier...sitting at my desk on the phone, and everything shimmied for a few seconds. Funny, though...people in the valley felt it but up on the hill where my house is (not really that far up or away), nobody knew it happened.
