Longtime ESPN and Fox announcer Chris Myers will handle the play-by-play for telecasts of the Bucs' preseason games on WFLA, Channel 8.
Myers, who hosts Fox's NASCAR prerace show and Fox Sports Net's ``The NFL Show,'' will be calling the plays for the Bucs' game at Miami on Aug. 8 and their home games against Jacksonville on Aug. 23 and Houston on Aug. 28.
``As a native of Florida, I couldn't be prouder to be doing the play-by-play for the Bucs preseason TV games on WFLA,'' said Myers, who was born in Miami and started his career there. ..
