Meredith Has Shot At Bills' Left Tackle Job
Beginning with rookie mini-camp at the beginning of May, Buffalo Bills offensive lineman Jamon Meredith has been the first in line to take every first-team rep at left tackle. With 2009 starter Demetrius Bell recovering from surgery, the tackle who has only started four career games has manned the blind side in spring workouts.

we won't have a clue on who can do what for us till we play 2-3 pre-seaosn games... Meredith having a chance goes without saying.... at least on our roster.

Meredith, for whatever reason, doesn't concern me. I think he will do just fine. I thought he out performed Bell last year.

Having either Meredith or Bell at LT scares the **** out of me. Expect to see at least 3 different QB's under center this season because our OL will allow them to take a lot of hits.

I still think coaching and a real offensive scheme will at least limit the sieve of an OL we had years prior... We'll still need improvement but we shouldn't be as awful as last year.... hoepfully

I thought he outplayed Bell.

Sometimes when you don't notice an offensive lineman it's a good thing. I barely noticed Meredith when he was in there, but with Bell, I either saw a pass rusher in the backfield or laundry on the lawn.

I swear, he was penalized more than any other player on the team. Or so it seemed.

In defense of him, the 35 is for "awareness".. His overall score was much higher.. madden just suggest he's slightly ******ed.

Well whoever starts, EA will have to adjust the ratings through an update if either one of them pulls their heads out of their asses.

I'd rather have Meredith than Bell, but that's not saying much-- considering I'd rather have Kirk Chambers there than Meredith, but Kirk's backing up the RT side.

Even worse, they have Bell (a.k.a. "Mr. 3rd-and-5 just turned into a 3rd-and-15") penciled in at starter. Now that scares me.

after watching Bell false start the offense into passing situations last year, nobody can say that the Bills didn't improve at the LT position, can they?
