    Injury Prone

I've seen this comment get thrown out there but quite a few people, most not even knowing who Jordan Leopold was hours before the signing. I guess one Youtube video is enough to make that decision.

2002-03: Leopold played in 58 games while coming up from the AHL.
2003-04: Leopold played in 82 games.
    2005-06: Played in 74 games
    2006-07: 15 games.
    2007-08: 43 games.
2008-09: 83 games (traded at deadline, which explains the extra game)
    2009-10: 81 games.

Yes, 2 rough seasons where he battled injuries. I also see 4 out of 6 seasons where he didn't, including the last 2. Just factoring the whole 82 games per season for him, he didn't play in 139 of 574 games.

In the same time span, Tallinder missed 108 of 574 games.

I don't know anything about him, but if the injuries sustained were concussions, then there IS something to worry about since many athletes have had to retire because of multiple concussions. They progressively get worse and they can have a cumulative effect. Just sayin.

I think that the when a player suffers a major injury (like Leopold did) and then gets the usual bumps and misses a couple games, he will get that tag put on him.

Who knows how well he's gonna be now?

Holy ****! He probably doesn't even know he was traded!

God I hate the Pens. What a soft team. I love how Crosby looks for someone else to take on Sutton.

That why when it comes to the big two, Crosby or Ovechkin I like Ovie more because he hits and he's tough.

Crosby gets away with things because he knows his teammates can defend him.

Leopold talked about that hit on the radio.

He ended up coming back after 5 games and playing the rest of the playoffs till Montreal eliminated them.

I'd say there is nothing to worry about. He said he actually had more whiplash from that than an actual head injury.
